One of the most common questions from customers is regarding our processing turn-around time.  To be honest, our turn-around time is usually between three to four weeks.  This may seam like a lengthy period, but we employ a manually intensive thirty-step process to ensure both pick and imprint quality of the highest level.  We feel that our ability to offer great picks at very reasonable prices overshadows the potential extended delivery period.  This is not to say that we can, and often do, ship orders in much shorter periods.  We sometimes process orders within days of receipt of the requirement and often crank out re-orders within a couple days of receipt of the package.   I encourage you to let us know if an order is required in a "rush" mode. We will do everything possible to meet your deadlines. On the other hand, please be aware that we are striving to offer picks made of the classic celluloid material, which is becoming increasingly challenging to obtain. This can also cause delays when certain stock is short on-hand. With all this in mind, we guarantee shipment within six weeks, or we include one complimentary pick for each day over that period. We will also try to keep you apprised (via e-mail) of your order and of the anticipated delivery date. We ship most orders via USPS 1st class delivery...
